Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days, with requests allowed up to 30 days from receiving the order
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
• Requests are initiated via WhatsApp on 01500380112 and reviewed before approval
• Pickup can be arranged within two working weeks, with return shipping fees covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method, covering product value only, excluding shipping fees
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported immediately, with return shipping covered by the company
