Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days, with requests allowed up to 30 days from receiving the order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase
  • To request a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at 01500380112 and wait for approval
  • Pickup can be arranged within two working weeks, and return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method and cover the product price only, excluding shipping fees
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately, and in such cases return shipping fees are covered by the company
