- Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on product type and location, with final cost and estimated delivery shown at checkout
- Orders are shipped through trusted local carriers, and a tracking number is shared via SMS or email once dispatched
- In case of absence, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made before the order is returned, with possible additional fees for reshipment
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photos, and missing items within 48 hours for prompt resolution

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days, with requests allowed up to 30 days from receiving the order
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
- Requests are initiated via WhatsApp on 01500380112 and reviewed before approval
- Pickup can be arranged within two working weeks, with return shipping fees covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, covering product value only, excluding shipping fees
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported immediately, with return shipping covered by the company
